We only had 60 days to close on a home due to our rental lease expiring, and the market has been wild since the pandemic started. I was skeptical that we would be able to find anything, but Char reassured us that our timeline was nothing to worry about. James Glidden was with us on all of our walk throughs, and there were a lot in a short amount of time. We actually thought we might be getting annoying, but he was so patient with us and accommodating to our schedules. We are SO GRATEFUL to have had James, he is super knowledgeable about home improvements and different issues a house might have. Every house has it's quirks, but he made sure to point out anything that might be outside our realm of DIY expertise. When it was time to start negotiating (and in this crazy market, there really isn't any negotiating), we were happy with our agreement. We've closed on our home and have moved in, and we love it!
